Ingredients
papdis, usually a packet has 30-35
1 potato, boiled & mashed
¼ cup hari churney (mint & coriander)
¼ cup tamarind & date Chutney
⅓ cup plain yogurt, whipped
¼ cup onions, finely diced
¼ cup tomatoes; chopped
¼ cup boiled & slightly mashed sprouts or chickpeas
Garnish
sev
cilantro, chopped
chaat masala
pomegrante
Method
Arrange papdis in a plate.
Top it with mashed boiled potatoes, chana/sprouts, onions, tomatoes, yogurt, mint coriander chutney and tamarind date chutney.
Sprinkle chaat masala liberally.
Garnish with sev, pomegrante, and chopped coriander.
Serve immediately and repeat for remaining papdis.
Notes
You can put as little or as much toppings as you like. For a sweeter tooth add more tamarind & date chutney and for a spicer kick, the mint coriander chutney.
